Today was another beautiful day in Nashville. Sunshine, 70 or more degrees, and the sky was this amazing blue as I looked up through the trees that are freshly budding green into the blue. Very nice.
Marty!!! What I forgot / didn't get to tell you and Flynn on the phone was about the most disturbing news as of late - French Stewart is going to be Inspector Gadget in
Inspector Gadget II...I saw this preview for it today, and expected to see Matthew Broderick reprising the title role. To my surprise (and my chagrin, and some laughter, to be honest) I found a one FRENCH STEWART playing go go gadget arms. Crazy. But that reminds me that over winter break, I actually saw the episode in which he breaks into song of "Life Has Been Good to Me" on 3rd Rock from the Sun. I was on the phone with Lauren at the time, so I didn't get to give it my full attention, but it cracked my shit up...but you still can't call me French EVER again.
Hope you and Flynn had fun doin up New Haven. So glad you called. It was just what I needed.
