Don't Worry About the Government // NYC?!

This one finds me worrying...listening to the Talking Heads -- the acquisition of 2 more albums by them this afternoon at a used record shop -- and worrying about the question of the replacement of Hamilton's mug with Reagans. Fuck that noise. Yes, he was my first president, but I didn't necessarily agree with his politics, and was too young at the time to give it serious thought. Leave the ten spot alone.

In other news, guess who rolls into NYC on Saturday for the reunion tour of a lifetime?! Why, yours truly of course. So get ready boys, I'll be in town!

Diggity Done!

This post finds me sittin' pretty and done with my Hegel paper. I believe the final title is: "The Ugly End of Art: A Question of Conceptual Possibility and Creative Striving." I think it's a good one, and besides, I was tired of looking at it and poring over the pages of Hegel it took to write such a beast of a paper -- but a mere 25 pages, it wasn't an epic like some of my compositions seem to be nowadays.

Other than that, my days are wide open for the moment. I'm back working at the Reunion office, which is cool and a drag all at once. Trying to readjust my nocturnal schedule to be at work at 9am is something of a stretch, so I just don't sleep all that much nowadays, which is fine with me, I suppose. I function better on 3 hours than 6 for whatever reason, so there you have it.

I'm not sure what today holds, but surely it will be something sweet.

More later -- perhaps I'll post some of my recent poetic endeavors in the next few days or so.
