72 and SunnySo other than hanging out with rock bands (see last post), I'm just keepin it real...teaching class, reconnecting with jo jo (we've had a few emails back and forth, but I still need to call him), and suchlike things. I've finally given some serious thought to one of my final papers, but that means there's still another to figure out (not that the 1st one is really figured out). I'm eating Indian food and listening to Jimi Hendrix ("One Rainy Wish"). I'm driving around the countryside on nice days to get the hell out of the city blasting the Flaming Lips (why wasn't I listening to Transmissions from the Satellite Heart non-stop in 1993?!). I'm going to class. I catching sun. It's pretty great, and a far cry from where I was this time last year. And yeah, I paid my taxes (yuck), and I get a small refund (but having them prepared professionally gouged me).
